At Badminton World Balcatta, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, offering returns on most items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unused condition. Please note that rackets cannot be returned once the factory plastic wrap is removed from the handle or if they have been custom strung.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and include all tags; rackets must have the original grip plastic intact and no signs of court use.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our Balcatta store with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your gear.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our Balcatta warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our badminton specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
